Vincent Yacono, R.N., M.A., P.N.P.

 

Vincent Yacono is a pediatric nurse practitioner who joined the Mid-Jersey Pediatrics staff in 1998. He came to this practice with a wealth of pediatric experience including over 20 years of pediatric nursing in the area of acute care, home care and primary care. He has received numerous degrees and certifications including his R.N. from the Long Island College Hospital School of Nursing in Brooklyn, NY and and Master's of Science in Nursing Administration from New York University. He is board certified and serves as a preceptor for nurse practitioner students at the College of New Jersey. "Vinny," as he is affectionately known, is married with two daughters. He enjoys swimming and water sports.

Chaya Mueller-Lighten, R.P.A.-C

Chaya Mueller-Lighten joined Mid-Jersey Pediatrics in July 2008. She brings with her experience from her time as an inpatient pediatric Physician Assistant (PA) at Jamaica Hospital in Queens, New York and from her position as PA in Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital's neonatal intensive care unit in New Brunswick, New Jersey. She is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of the Touro College's Physician Assistant program and is studying for her Master's Degree in Healthcare Administration as well. She has studied lactation consulting and is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants as well as the Society for Physician Assistants in Pediatrics. She is board certified. Originally from Maryland, she has made Highland Park, NJ her home for the past five years and continues to enjoy all the community has to offer her husband and children.

Jean Stelicos, Office Manager

Jean Stelicos is a New Jersey native and a Rutgers University graduate. She grew up in Northern New Jersey and after attending Rutgers she relocated to Central Jersey. She comes from a large extended family and has two sons, Alex and Ryan.

Mrs. Stelicos joined Mid-Jersey Pediatrics in 1999. Previously, she trained medical offices on their practice management software packages and other practice management aspects of medical offices. She also worked as a director of Information Services for an insurance company. She enjoys traveling, reading; scrapbooking and watching her sons play sports.
