Acetaminophen being reformulated.

Please be aware that the pain and fever reducer infant's acetaminophen is being reformulated.  The previous suspension was concentratd at a dose of 80 mg per 0.8 mL.  Each medicine dropper was labeled with lines at 0.4 mL and 0.8 mL.  The new formulation will be equilavent to the regular children's acetaminophen dosing.  It will represent 160 mg of medicine per 5 mL (one teaspoon).  The new medicine dropper will be marked at 1.25 mL (40 mg), 2.5 mL (80 mg), 3.75 mL (120 mg) and 5 mL (160 mg).  Please be aware of the dosage you are purchasing and using to avoid overdosing.
